JOHN SUTTON (JOHN1) was born in Liscard and baptised on the 6th August, 1787 in St. Hilary Parish Church, Wallasey, Wirral.
He married ELIZABETH CLARK, daughter of JOHN CLARK and AMY WILLIAMS, on the 18th October, 1808 in St Oswald
Parish Church, Bidston. John was a farm labourer in Moreton, just before he took
over the tenancy of Reeds farm, Moreton, from William Pendleton around 1824. The land was owned by Henry Youds and the
starting rent was £0.11s.6d. John left a will.
Elizabeth died in Reeds Farm, Moreton, and was buried on the 20th October, 1835 in St. Oswald Parish Church,
Bidston. Later, he married MARY ANN and they continued to live in Reeds Farm, Bidston. John died on the 5th
October, 1862 in Reeds Farm, now owned by Robert Vyner, and was buried in St Oswald Parish Church, Bidston on the 8th
October, 1862. Mary Ann died later, aged 65 years, and was buried with her husband on the 6th
December, 1863.

JAMES SUTTON (JOHN1) was born in Wallasey and baptised on the 30th June, 1791 in St. Hilary Parish
Church, Wallasey. He married MARY, who was born in 1794 in Wallasey. James and Mary moved away from the Wallasey area in
the 1820's and settled in Heswall, Wirral. He worked as a cordwainer, but later became a shoemaker. James died on the
27th May, 1864 and was buried on the 30th May, 1864 in St. Peter Parish
Church, Heswall. He made a will.

WILLIAM SUTTON (JOHN1) was born 1796 in Wallasey, Wirral and was baptised on the 16th August, 1796 in
St. Hilary Parish Church Wallasey. He married ANNE STANLEY, daughter of GERARD STANLEY
and MARY MEDDOWCROFT.
William was a farmer, but was called a yeoman at death. He died in Liscard, Wirral and was buried on the 24th
August, 1828 in St. Hilary Parish Church, Wallasey. He made a will. After William's death, Anne married Mr. PEERS and they
continued to live in Liscard. In 1841, Anne, Mr. Peers' widow, was living with her two children. Anne died much later in Liscard
and was buried on the 27th March, 1867 in St. Hilary Parish Church, Wallasey.

William died on the 3rd August, 1886 in Leasoweside Farm, Bidston and was buried on the 6th
August, 1886 in St. Oswald Parish Church, Bidston. His wife, Jane, died on the 23rd January, 1903 aged 75 years.

for Sarah's brother, Joseph Sutton on Fender farm, Moreton. Later he was a Bidston Farmer.
Sarah died relatively young on the 31st December, 1870. She was 46 years old and was buried on the 5th
January, 1871 in St. Oswald Parish Church, Bidston. William died a few years later on the 6th August, 1876.

STANLEY SUTTON (WILLIAM2JOHN1) was born in Liscard, Wirral and was baptised on the 21st April, 1823 in St. Hilary Parish
Church Wallasey. In 1851, he lived in Stanley Cottage, Rake Lane, Frankby, Wirral. He married BERLINDA BREEN in 1867 in Liverpool. I think this was
probably his second marriage.
Stanley died in Rake Lane, Liscard, Wirral and was buried on the 8th December, 1876 in St. Hilary Parish Church, Wallasey. Berlinda had
been buried there in March that year, aged 43 years. Stanley made a will dated the 22nd September, 1876.
